List N' Pack is a simple packing list app designed to help you organize your trips with reusable, customizable categories and items. We keep things lightweight and private. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have.

List N' Pack does not require an account or login. All app data is stored locally on your device.
Device Information
If you download or use the app, Apple or your device may provide basic, non-identifying analytics such as crash reports, performance data, or general usage statistics. This data does not include your personal information or any content you create inside the app.
Email Support
If you email us at support@listnpack.com, we will receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, the message content, and any screenshots you attach. This information is used only to respond to your support request.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect, store, or transmit your packing lists, categories or items, account information, location data, contacts, photos, or payment info. We do not run ads and do not share or sell user data.
3. How Your Data Is Used
We only use the limited data we receive to operate and improve the app, troubleshoot technical issues, and respond to support messages. We do not use your data for advertising or tracking.
4. Data Storage
Your packing lists and categories stay on your device. Deleting the app removes your data unless you use a device-level backup such as iCloud. Support emails you send to us are stored in our email system for recordkeeping and customer support.
5. Third-Party Services
List N' Pack does not integrate third-party analytics or advertising SDKs. However, the App Store may collect anonymous usage or crash data per Apple’s own privacy policy.
6. Children’s Privacy
List N' Pack does not collect personal data and is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your country or region, you may have rights such as requesting deletion of support emails you’ve sent or requesting information about what data we hold (only what you have emailed us). To make a request, email support@listnpack.com.
