Welcome to List N' Pack. By downloading or using the app, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using List N' Pack, you accept these Terms and agree to follow all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.
2. Use of the App
List N' Pack is a simple packing list tool that allows you to create reusable and customizable lists. You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose, attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or disrupt the app, or use the app in a way that could harm the app or its users.
3. No Account Required
List N' Pack does not use accounts or logins. All data you create stays on your device unless you back it up with a device-level service such as iCloud. You are responsible for managing your own data, backups, and device security.
4. Intellectual Property
All rights in the app, including the design, name, logo, and content, belong to List N' Pack. You may not copy, distribute, or resell the app or any part of it without permission. Your personal lists belong to you.
5. No Warranty
List N' Pack is provided "as is." We make no guarantees that the app will always work without interruption or that it will be free of bugs. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, reliability, or availability.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, List N' Pack and its creators are not responsible for any loss of data, any damages resulting from use or inability to use the app, or any errors, bugs, failures, or interruptions. Your use of the app is at your own risk.

If you contact us at support@listnpack.com, you agree that we may receive any information you choose to send. We will use this information only to help with your request.
8. Third-Party Services
The app does not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs. However, the App Store and your device may provide anonymous crash or performance data subject to Apple’s terms.
9. Updates and Changes
We may update the app or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or stop providing the app if necessary, including for maintenance, misuse, or legal reasons. You may stop using the app at any time.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
